This Go Mai knife was hand forged from a five layer construction of high-carbon steel, 1095, and copper, creating a blade that offers striking aesthetics. The copper layer in the knife surprisingly doesn't hinder the knife's durability, essentially laminating to the steel in the forging process. This knife is razor sharp, durable, and excellent for slicing, chopping, and hacking. The accompanying leather sheath was handmade, and features authentic whip snake skin inlays.
