This knife was hand forged from W2 high carbon steel and given a beautiful Japanese hamon line. This was created by applying furnace cement on the spine of the blade during hardening and tempering, then the knife was polished and given an acid bath to reveal the hamon line. The knife also features a hammer pattern finish, and tall bevels. The knife excels at slicing and cutting, great for camping, hunting, bushcraft, or just every day use. The blade is shaving sharp, and tempered to around 59HRC. Comes with a Rainy Forge made leather sheath.
