A beautiful blend of eastern and western styles, this camp knife was hand forged from W2 bar stock. W2 is an excellent high carbon tool steel that overs great edge retention and blade durability. The knife features a traditional Japanese hamon line, made by applying furnace cement during hardening. A great blade for cutting, slicing, and piercing, the blade features a slight belly and convex grind edge. Comes with a Rainy Forge made leather sheath with Celtic braidwork design.
