Hand Forged Japanese Petty Chef Knife
This hand forged petty chef knife was crafted from 80CRV2 High Carbon steel, and finished with a hammer texture on the knife's face. The knife features a Japanese style, single bevel, flat grind, perfect for slicing, dicing, and mincing. An ideal all around paring/chef knife. The handle features an ebony and copper kakumaki (front wood) and leopardwood handle with bloodwood accent. Comes with a polished poplar sleeve.
