This hunting knife was hand forged from an old file. It has been designed with a tall bevel and thick spine, perfect for heavy duty slicing and cutting. The tang extends through the deer antler handle 1/2 of the way. The pewter bolster was poured in the traditional historic method, and backed with epoxy around the tang. The blade has been hardened and tempered for edge retention and durability, and features a shaving sharp edge. Comes with a Rainy Forge made sheath.
