This every day carry knife was handmade from 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel. The blade is razor sharp, and perfect for processing game, opening packages, whittling projects, or any other small knife task thrown at it. The accompanying sheath sits nicely on the hip, is not cumbersome or uncomfortable, and holds the knife well. I gave the knife a carved textured finish, and polished blade, a great balance of rustic and professional aesthetic. The sheath features a carved Celtic knotwork design, giving the knife some character, and giving homage to my Irish heritage.
