A beautiful blend of two cultures, this Viking seax was hand forged from W2 steel and given a traditional Japanese hamon line. The hamon line is the result of a differential heat treatment process which leaves a hardened edge and durable spine, a method tried and true for a millennia. An excellent knife for light chopping, slicing, and piercing. The handle is made from black walnut, with tan kydex spacers, black kydex backers, two copper handle pins, a copper lanyard hole, and paracord lanyard. Comes with a Rainy Forge made leather sheath.
